After the great success in the challenge last year I wanted to give 100% focus in my fitness and take it to next level. I have had really tough times past couple months. Loads of insecurities would make most people head down hill and I have to thank to YOR Best Body Challenge I stayed positive.
Unfortunately my focus had to be divided into different important areas of my life and I got distracted a lot from exercise.
Good news are that YOR regimen is not time consuming and fits into anyone’s life. Despite my lack of exercise - only 2 -3 times per week of strength conditioning I am happy with my results. I started on 80kg and finished on 81kg. I have gained only one(1) kilo and got stronger than ever.
I start my day EVERY day with my Super Shake. Best breakfast ever. It is 1 scoop of YOR Super Greens, 2 scoops YOR Fiber plus, 1 and half scoop of YOR Shake, 60g of rolled oats, whole banana, strawberries or mango. This fills me for couple hours and gives me energy to execute what ever I need to do.
With my big meals, on average twice a day, I take 1 capsule YOR Digest Ultra and 1 a tablet of YOR Essential vitamins.
Last thing before I go to bed I take two caps of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 cap of Probiotics. As the Probiotics should be in the fridge and I would forget, I have invented myself great tool - keep my Repair on a bedside table so I see it every night and it reminds me to get up and walk to the fridge to take probiotics as well. It works! :-)
I don’t drink coffee anymore but I love Berry Blast. It does not give me anxiety as coffee does, but great sustainable energy for hours! I drink usually one a day around 11am but if its a hard day i might have another one in the afternoon.
I am well and truly living and loving YOR Health products and I will jump into my next challenge right away. I can do nothing but recommend everyone to try and feel the way I do.
