First thing I would like to say is thank you to YOR health for these amazing products and helping me change my life for the better!
Before starting YOR health I was taking supplements that I couldn't even pronounce properly because I was told it will make me lose weight and to my disappointment I had no results at the end.
I was introduced to YOR health products about 4 months ago I was 73kg and the heaviest I've ever been.
Enough was enough I bit the bullet one more time to see if i could make a difference in my life. I had a long history of starting things like this in the past and not seeing them through so I was determined to reach the end with this one.
A week and a half in to the challenge I couldn't believe how great I was feeling, I hadn't felt that amazing in a very long time. I exercised 2-3 times a week and after 4 weeks I started to notice a change within myself.
I now weigh 64.5kg and feel the healthiest I've felt in years.
I am no where near where I want to be just yet but smashed my first goal and I couldn't have done it without these products.
