This essay is truly a test of discipline but also eye-opening to how small daily factors can make such great contributions in our development.

I was so wrapped around working out, looking forward to my gym time everyday, that I did not really pay much attention to my progress. It wasn't until a really great friend of mine who came to visit from Maryland, Jimmy Tran, pointed out my strength, that I realized how much stronger I have gotten. I was routinely working out everyday and he challenged me to a new workout style that showcased my potential.

Before this cycle, my benching goal was 225 pounds and a couple weeks ago, I was pushing out over 250, 2 sets back to back with only a 10 sec break in between. In the moment it was all adrenaline and not really calculating how much weight was on there, but after he pointed it out, I was amazed. He also gave me tips on how to strengthen out different areas of my body and for that, I am excited for the new cycle as soon as this one finishes up.

You never truly know where your limits are, or how great your potential can be until you push yourself to the limit, and then take an extra step beyond.

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
