Estoy terminando mi cuarto reto y aunque mis cambios no fueron tan notorios como en anteriores me siento de maravilla. He estado tomando YOR PROBIOTICS todos los dias al despertar, a las 9:30 de desayuno el YOR SHAKE, a las 11:30 YOR SUPER GREENS, a la hora de la comida, generalmente a las 15:00 YOR DIGEST ULTRA y quedaba bastante satisfecha, para mi cena era variable, podria cenar con YOR DIGEST ULTRA o YOR MRP y para terminar el dia y descansar YOR REPAIR.
La verdad en este reto no he realizado mucho ejercicio por mis enormes cargas de trabajo y mi falta de tiempo pero creo he podido compensarlo con mis corridas por toda la ciudad.
