Estoy muy contento de haber terminado este reto de 8 semanas, ya que aunque tengo 3 años en la compañia, nunce me habia dado el tiempo de hacer un reto completo, y menos de entrar al gimnasio
Estoy muy contento conn mis resultados, mi meta era tonificar y aumentar en masa muscular, y de 84 kilos subi hasta 86.9. Claro que esto es solo el principio, quiero llegar a estar en los 91-95 kilos que espero llegar en mis proiximos retos.
Para este reto aparte de tomarme mis productos de yor, me inscribi a un gimnasio, fue lo que realmente me hizo comprometerme por crear una mejor version fisica de mi, logre de empezar en ceros, a llegar a levantar buen peso en todas mis rutinas de gimnasio, y no solo eso, gracias a los productos, nunca me senti demasiado cansado o adolorido al siguiente dia, siempre me senti bien y recuperado para volver a trabajar y seguir con mis metas.
Gracias al reto he podido crear para mi un estilo de vida mas saludable, y mejor, que lo puedo compartir con mis amigos.
