My before weight was about 67kg and my after weight is 70kg. I was only taking the super greens, berry blasts, Yor digest, Yor shake and Yor Fiber. I did run out of digest, fiber and shake mid way through and missed out on about 2 weeks of using these products due to me being slack. I was attempting to take all of the products once daily. I was exercising 2 or more times a week.
The challenge has kept me motivated to attain my goals of sculpting my body. I do not believe I could have achieved the same results that I have without using the Yor Health products. In this last week of the challenge I have purchased the Yor Pro biotic and Yor Vitamins as I am very happy with all of the other products I was using.
