-I started at 65 kg, my current weight is 68kg.

-I used the chocolate/vanilla shakes (1bag a week)and i loved it!

-I used the supergreens whenever I thought about it (I didn't follow the schedule much because of my sleeping difficulties) caused by stress and pain from injuries (shoulder and knee mainly)but I can tell that it is a very good product for one's body. love it!

-I used the berry blast (at least once a day). since taking this product, i don't drink any fizzy drinks anymore because i like it better and i realized that my body feels much better since i stoped fizzy drinks. I love it!

-I used the pills given in the sculpt pack (for 3 weeks as it was told on the schedule) and then stop because i don't like taking pills, and now I can tell the differance in my boddy transformation (it didn't go as fast after i stoped taking them).Can't say i liked it since i didn't finished them.. :/

-I exercised twice a week for 1 hour)

-The impact on my life: I would say, that now I know more about how my body work and that if I can get over my sleeping problems and get myself to actually workout more and especially eat more and better food,I can easily get the body I want. Of course with the help of YOR products anyone's goal can be achieved easily if done right and with a little bit of motivation

-And I would like to thanks my friend Clinton Mahia who was my coach and the one to get me started in this 8 week sculpt challenge for doing a very good job considering I had injuries difficulties (because of a shoulder injuries since 10 months that didn't help and also an ACL rupture of my left knee and Tear body of medial meniscus left knee.) :)
