January first I was around 210 pounds, give or take a few pounds, but still wasn't very happy with the way my body looked, and more importantly how I felt about myself. I had very low confidence, insecurities about the way I looked, and promoting Yor Health was hard for me because of that. I saw this 8 week challenge and 2013 as a new year towards a new life, finally take the right steps to getting to the body I always wanted and gaining the confidence I never had before. Now, I feel great! I hit and surpassed my goal which is a plus. I dropped to 188 pounds, around 20 pounds gone, and my confidence has raised threw the roof! I love the person in the mirror and now I feel I am in momentum and that this is just the start. I can't go back to where I was, I just can't.
I started with taking the MRP, Complete Burn, Vitamins, Fiber, Super Greens and Digest. I drank 1 - 2 MRP's a day, a digest after my large meals, dinner and lunch, a complete burn 2 - 3 times a day depending on my schedule, Super Greens once a day in the mornings when I wake up, and a berry blast before my workouts. The products increase my activity productivity and overall activities through out the day and I personally feel that without these products this challenge and my goal would have been incomplete.
I exercised around 5 times a week, and did much cardio exercises. I fell in love with Zumba classes, taking them 3 times a week, and a kickboxing class 2 times a week.
I feel incredible today, as I type this essay I can just see the progress I went through and how easy it was. I met so many people trying to do the same with their bodies, and they have become my friends. I have a found a passion which is dancing, working out and the feeling I get when I do it. I now know what it is like to be in shape, and know what it is like to be confident in myself, and truly love myself. I am so much happier and definitely am just getting started.
