Started my challenge at 119lbs and initially came to 118lbs. Although the goal was to gain some muscle mass. I used alot of complete burn, repairs and mrp morning and night after breakfast and dinner. My workouts were moderate going from everyday of when the challenge started with usually weights and cardio for 30min each. Gradually the workouts went from everyday to every other day as the challenge continued. My main focus was to lean out the abs area and build the arms so majority of time focused on those.
This challenge push me to say consistent as much even as hectic as life can get. Not only that but really force me to eat out less and staying dedicated to my goal and in the end save more money from not eating out as much! Can't wait for next cycle to keep sculpting this body! Thanks Yorhealth!
