I just completed my first 8week challenge and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have had severe digestive problems and hormone imbalance for the past 10 years, making it difficult for me to be happy with my weight and feel energetic. I was able to get down too 60.2kgs, & build lean muscles by staying committed to the products, exercise and a good diet.
One of my friends introduced me to the products and after hearing the back to basics approach of the company, I decided to give them a go. In the first week I was noticing better sleep, I'm a hospitality shift worker so sleep was something I struggled to get consistently. I wasn't bloated after meals or through the day, also I was able to eat a better variety of foods rather than having a restricted diet. After my first week I had so much energy and was feeling so good that I could actually join the gym and go at times that suited me - generally 4-5 times a week.
I took all the products in the sculpt set, plus YOR superslim consistently for the 8 weeks. These products were so easy to incorporate into my "on the go" lifestyle which made staying committed to my challenge a breeze.
