I just want to start by saying the biggest THANK YOU to YOR Health for creating and providing the most amazing products that have helped me to get in the best shape of my life, the ads aren't joking when every one says 'you can get into the best shape of your life', I don't remember a time in my adult life that I have ever felt or looked so good and had so much energy even whilst working full time and running around after a toddler!
It's amazing how shedding some unwanted weight and gaining muscle and feeling more comfortable with your own body can improve your general happiness and wellbeing and also rub off onto this around you! I have had so many family & friends.. even strangers ask me how much I had been exercising to get into shape and they are surprised when I tell them only 2-3 times a week…. but I always tell them my secret is Supplementing with YOR health, it's the key to getting the best out of all of the hard work you put in at the gym. I used to go to the gym 5-6 times a week and eat well and I never saw results as quickly as I have in this 8 week challenge.
I had started the challenge weighing in at 73.6kg after a successful 4.5kg loss on a slim challenge, this time I set myself a goal of 71kgs and when i had reached 70.6 at just after the half way mark I was ecstatic, so I re-set my goal at 70kg and believe it or not about a week later I smashed it and weighed in at 69.8 but after a few more weeks of increasing weights at the gym I cut more fat but increased weight back up to 70.3 which was muscle increase, an overall loss of 3.3kg but that included gaining muscle which I am so happy with.
My regime was so super simple and easy to remember everyday especially when I wore my "I commit to get fit' wrist band.
My day when like this:
Morning
YOR vanilla MRP with Fibre & greens with a little banana and 2 multivitamins
Mid morning
Berry blast with 1 litre of water - drink during the day
lunch
Digest ultra and 2 multivitamins
Dinner
Digest ultra and 2multi vitamins
Before bed
2 repair and a probiotic.
I loved all of the products but found the berry blast was my favourite and a great way to ensure I was drinking plenty of water during the day (which I am normally bad at) and second favourite was repair… I can't believe how good it kept me feeling after the PT sessions and made it possible to push myself harder knowing my muscle recovery was far less painful.
I am so happy with how I am feeling that I am going to be jumping right back into another 8 week challenge to reach new goals that I have set for myself, goals that I would never have thought were possible to achieve but I know that anything I set out to do with YOR health can happen… and in 8 weeks!!
The 8 week challenge has been such a great tool to keep me on track and motivated with the community online and the great YOR reps and customers I have met and also signed up… this is the best lifestyle change I have ever made.
