Hola soy Adriana de México, D.F. y les quiero compartir que estoy muy contenta por los resultados que obtuve en mi cuarto reto de YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE, mantener mi peso en 58 kilos es un gran logro para mí ya que era muy difícil hacerlo.

Para este reto, utilice el paquete de YOR BEST BODY, al despertar tomaba YOR PROBIOTCS ULTRA con YOR REPAIR, iniciaba la mañana tomando la malteada YOR MRP, a medio día de colación tomaba YOR SUPER GREENS y YOR BEERY BLAST para conseguir la energía durante el día. A la hora de comer y cenar, por supuesto que no podía faltar YOR VITAMINS y YOR DIGEST ULTRA y antes de cenar tomaba otra malteada YOR MRP.

La rutina de ejercicio no era muy regular.

Gracias a Yor ahora tengo mejores hábitos para una mejor salud.
