Tengo 18 años y esperaba tanto poder cumplirlos para poder inscribirme al reto y estoy muy emocionada de concluirlo!
Cuando inicie no me gustaba nada como me veía ni como me sentía, la ropa que usaba no era porque me gustaba si no para tapar "la panzita". Me emociono iniciar un reto porque soy muy poco disciplinada pero vi que no estaba sola y que tenía a mi gran compañero y cómplice que es mi novio y a toda la familia Yor. Me costo trabajo porque romper con malos hábitos no es tan fácil pero los productos lo hacen súper sencillo, desayunaba Yor MRP, repair en las mañanas, supergreens y Yor Shape. Hice muy poco ejercicio pero trataba de estar más activa.
