Let me just start by saying, I thought I was in shape before I started this challenge and the YOR Health products. After 8 weeks of using the products along with a decent meal plan and workout regimen, I can say boy was I wrong! I've been into health and fitness for quite a while and have tried almost every health supplement under the sun, but nothing compares to YOR Health! I went a solid 2 years without seeing any change in my weight despite the number of workout routines that I tried. After a while, I just accepted the fact that I plateaued and couldn't gain any more muscle which was very disappointing to me. A good friend who I lived with when I was travelling around Australia, introduced me to the YOR Health product line and the 8 week challenge so I decided to give it a go.

I started out each and every day with 2 repair ultra and a shake with YOR supergreens, YOR MRP, YOR fibre and YOR berry blast. This mixture gave me the energy and motivation that I needed to get my drive back. I still ate breakfast about a half hour to an hour after my initial shake, usually egg whites or oatmeal. For lunch I would usually make a tuna salad unless I had some leftover chicken breast from the night before, then I would eat that. For supper I always had a lean meat (sometimes steak), a good carb like brown rice or sweet potato and steamed vegetables. I would also snack between meals, most of the time just Greek yogurt and fruit between breakfast and lunch. I would have another shake with YOR MRP, supergreens and fibre immediately following each workout usually around 230-3 pm. I ended my day with a YOR MRP shake (to make 3 shakes on the day), 2 repair ultra, and a probiotic before bed. I had 2 Super Slims before each of my 3 meals, 1 Digest Ultra with each meal and 2 Essential Vitamin following each meal.

My workout routine consisted of 4 days of weights, 2 days of yoga or stretching and 1 day of rest. I worked in cardio for 20-30 minutes before each weight training day and that was enough for me. Over the 8 week span, the weight I was able to do increased in every area significantly which motivated me even more because it's the first time in 2 years that I've seen an actual increase in my strength! I mixed a berry blast with water for my pre workout and it helped me power through each day at the gym.

I started this challenge weighing 175 lbs and at the end of this 8 weeks I now weigh 178 lbs and have lost 2% body fat! I have more definition in my abs and I'm stronger so I'm proud to say I've gained 3 lbs of muscle during this 8 week challenge! I can confidently say that I will be using YOR Health products until the day I die!

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
