My name is Ryan Hassan, I'm 29 years old from Melourne, Australia.
My starting weight was 211 pounds and I finished the 8 week challenge at 207 pounds. My goal was to be around the same weight but with lower body fat percentage. I broke the 8 weeks up into 2 blocks, the first was a 5 week bulking phase where I was eating plenty of good clean food and doing heavy, intense weight training 5 times a week. During this phase I was taking YOR Shake post workout, YOR supergreens and YOR probiotic first thing in the morning, YOR essential vitamin and YOR digest ultra with my bigger meals, YOR berry blast pre workout and YOR repair ultra before bed. I was putting on 2-3 pounds per week (mostly muscle).
The last 3 weeks was my cutting phase. Week 6 I reduced my carbs significantly, then the last 2 weeks I went on a juice fast. During the fast I lost quite a lot of weight but most of that was water and fat. During this period I trained lighter and shorter. I just did what I could to maintain most of the muscle.
I'm really happy with the results, I suffer from Crohn's disease and have had lot's of trouble absorbing food and staying healthy. I would take a few steps forward then get sick and be back to square one. As soon as I started taking the products I noticed the difference. I wasn't so bloated all the time, and putting on muscle became easier. The best thing though is the way I feel on the inside, I honestly haven't felt this good in YEARS!
I'll be entering the challenge again soon and purely bulking for the 8 weeks. BRING IT ON!
