Before starting the challenge, I weighed 95kg. My sleeping habits are poor, I indulge in binge eating when I get stressed and lived a very sedentary lifestyle. My doctor has been giving me advise to lose weight the past year as I was slowly having borderline high cholesterol problems and slightly elevated blood pressure before 30. I didn't really heed his advise and made too many excuses. I didn't have that much confidence in asking girls out due to my weight and hardly went out much.
One of my friends introduced me to Yor just before Christmas and although I was slightly hesitant when I learned how much was the slim set, in retrospect I'll say now that that was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I started my morning by taking a capsule of probiotics ultra, super slim and a yor shake. Morning tea I would have a piece of fruit usually a banana or a cup of strawberries. Lunch I would have digest ultra and super slim with about 150g of grilled salmon, chicken or lean beef with a cup of brown rice. Afternoon tea I would have a yor shake again or a berry blast and dinner I have a digest ultra with the same meat and rice as lunch. The first four weeks I also have a yor shake before going to bed but cut that off once the 5th week started.
After 8 weeks of following my eating plan along with exercise, I beat my goal of losing 10kgs by losing an additional 900g losing 10.9kg altogether. I was very pleased by my results and everyone I knew said I looked much better now. I feel fitter, lighter and my self confidence came back. I've always thought it's difficult to lose weight but I'm so glad Yor proved me wrong. I was fortunate to have met a group of friends who encouraged me in this endeavor regularly as well.
Thanks Yor Health for helping me and many others achieve our goals. Now I can't wait to do the sculpt set and hopefully achieve a six pack of abs. I'm glad I did the challenge and this will be the start of a new me and a healthy lifestyle change.
