Before Weight: 54.5kg
After Weight: 51.0kg

In my first 8 week challenge back in September 2014 I was able to drop 6.5kg and really change the shape of my body! However, life got the better of me, as it does sometimes, and I got caught in a little bit of a rut. I lost motivation to train at the gym, got sloppy with taking my YOR Health products and was making poor eating choices which caused me to stack on a few kilos. I wasn’t feeling or looking my best.

On New Year’s Eve I made the decision to join the challenge again! Except this time it would be different! What I wanted to achieve was to be able to install a daily routine that I would stick to and commit to no matter what little surprises life had in store for me, and really improve my quality of life. I wanted to have more motivation to stick to a training program, higher energy to train harder in my sessions and greater will power to make positive eating choices. (I also wanted to build a bit of a booty).

I start each day with my morning Super Blast (YOR Super Greens, Berry Blast and Fibre) which I find myself excited to wake up to because of the fruity taste and the mounds of energy and vitality I feel from it.

With lunch and dinner I have a YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins to assist in digesting my meals and to help bridge that gap between what I know my body needs for nourishment and what my meals are not able to provide me.

Before bed each night I take a YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra which I find helps to keep my digestive system in check, tummy nice and flat and eases muscle pain after a hard work out which assists in a great night sleep!

I also have the YOR Vanilla Shake as a snack between meals, after a training session or as a dessert alternative because it tastes a little naughty!

I am so glad I decided to commit to the challenge a second time around! My body is more toned than it’s ever been, I haven’t skipped a training session and my eating choices are on point! And the best part is for the first time ever I am starting to see definition in my mid section! Yes ABS! I can now wear my bikini with confidence and not in fear of having to suck in my bloated belly! I also added 2cm to my booty which has boosted my self confidence as curves are what its all about right?!

I’m so pleased to say that a happy healthy lifestyle is now and will always be part of my daily routine thanks to the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge!

I will be taking the YOR Health product range all year around because I know they give my body what it needs to feel and look its best; antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fibre, probiotics and enzymes!

Thanks YOR Health x

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
