Para este reto cambie mi régimen alimenticio, logré bajar mi porcentaje de grasa y aumentar nada muscular.
Me siento mucho mejor físicamente, la comida si hace una gran diferencia para los resultados, ahora mi hora de crossfit esta teniendo su recompensa... Estoy sumamente emocionada para seguir logrando el cuerpo que siempre he querido.
