Today is the last day of my 3rd completed challenge!
During the past 8 weeksnthe Yormulti vitamins have become my best friend! I always thought all multi virtamins were the same and never really took them regularly. After accidentally discovering the benefits of this product I have become unstoppable! My energy levels and the ability to BOUNCE out of bed in the mornings to go for a run has been amazing! I have also found the YOR super slim has been amazing in helping to reduce my hunger and in turn help me to cut down my portion sizes.
Although my weight loss hasn't gotten to exactly where I had hoped, my body fat % has dropped by 12% which I couldnt be happier with!
After 17 years i am finally able to fit back into a size 10 pair of shorts! I wish I had of been introduced to YOR Health years ago, it would have saved me so much time and money wasted on health and weight loss quick fixes.
