I just want to say thank you Yor health for this amazing system you have set up to help people get in the best shape of their lives.

This challenge really surprised me, in a good way that is. The beginning of the challenge my main focus was to drop a little bit of weight whilst building lean muscle mass. However, over the past few challenges I've completed, this had always been my goal. I wanted to change, i wanted to do something different, so i decided to develop a new goal a couple weeks in. I had always been afraid to come out of a challenge with more weight, so i never pursued that. Although, i wanted to put on size, keep body fat percentage low and i managed to gain 2 extra kilos. I faced my fears and i came out with a smile. I even went and got a body composition analysis done and my body fat percentage fell below 11% and i had 45kg of pure muscle mass. So for the first time ever, weighing in at 90kg i was quite proud because this time i wasn't full of body fat and i didn't look un proportioned.

Knowing how my lifestyle was before i started Yor Health, poor sleeping patterns, poor eating habits, days wasted, laziness, everything you can think of, i spent quite a long time doing. I really had to break that cycle before situations got worse. So ever since i started Yor Health, i would take the whole product range basically because i wanted to use each and every one of them effectively to get in the best shape of my life because i promised myself i will never go back to the way i used to be before i started. So as challenge after challenge went on, i knew what worked best for my body and i took advantage of it and without a doubt i believe i've reached my peak. Although i always make room for improvement.

Since working in a gym, i guess you can say i worked out quite regularly. Training each body part weekly sometimes twice, which does take its tole. But i had so much faith in how hard i was training and what was going into my body that my recovery was unreal. I mean training 5-6 sessions a week to me was very challenging but rewarding in the process.

At the beginning of this year, life wasn't very easy in the sense that i had to pretty much live and survive on my own. Of course i was fortunate to still live in a home, be transported to different places and have people around me. However as i go over my life over the past 2-3 months. Transport was difficult since i didn't own a car anymore, work was so far away i had to move in with a friend to make it a bit easier for myself. I Only see family and my home a couple times a week, if that. And throughout my whole life, everything to me was family. So to be away from that was very challenging and was a hard mental battle because I didn't have that kind of support from like i used to. I had to buy my own food, travel to where i need to go not matter where or how far i was and life in a different home surrounded by a different people then what i'm used to. For alot of it, i felt frustrated and angry because i allowed myself to get in that position. But what kept me going was my family, those around me and of course my determination to complete this challenge with the best effort i can give. So i came out knowing i did that, but also i learnt how to become independent and man in the process. And i know for a fact that i will keep growing, keep getting better, keep pushing, keep learning, keep giving it my absolute best every single time because there is no chance I'm going back to where i was before and i wanna make the rest of my life the best of my life.
