My story starts in early December 2014 when I underwent a hernia repair and was told that I would be unable to eat solid foods or exercise for 6 weeks. It was a mentally and physically challenging experience for me. I lived off chocolate MRP, Super Greens, Multi-vitamin, Repair and Probiotic Ultra during this period and my recovery was shortened from 6 weeks to 4 weeks with all internal stitches healed.
On the 1st of January I jumped on an 8 week challenge to kick-start 2015 and get rid of some puppy fat that I had stacked on the past month. My goal was to increase muscle mass (3-5kg) and maintain a body fat % of 10% or less.
BEFORE: I weighed in at 98kg, Arms: 40cm, Chest: 109cm, Hips: 103cm, Thigh: 63. Body Fat %15.3
I trained every day for a minimum of 90 minutes isolating the major muscle groups on a 5 day split. Using Saturday for a high intensity 30 minute cardio and Sunday would be a solid 30 minute Abs workout. I trained at high intensity with supersets and giant sets at 6-8 Reps or until failure.
Every morning I had a super greens shake mixed with fibre, berry blast and 1 scoop of MRP and 2 multi-vitamins with breakfast.
During workout I would sip on a super greens mix to keep my blood oxygen rich for ultimate performance.
Post workout I had a massive lunch straight after my workouts with the digestive enzyme for optimum absorption of proteins and nutrients, combined with 2 multi-vitamins.
Before bed I would have 2 repair ultra with 1 probiotic and 2 multi-vitamins.
AFTER: I weighed in at 103 kg(+5kg), Arms: 42.5(+2.5cm), Chest: 115.5cm(+6.5cm), Hips: 105cm(+2cm), Thigh: 65cm (+2cm). Body Fat: 9.6%
Couldn't not be happier with my results, I broke through many plateaus in the gym which I was stuck on for years, for example my 1RM Bench Press was 105kg and I can now comfortably push out 3 x 8 @ 120kg.
I've never felt stronger, leaner, healthier and more focused in my life and will continue to use the yor health product range for the rest of my life.
This product range has changed my life on many levels from a health and physical aspect to a mental and well being aspect. I have never felt more alive and on top of my game in my whole entire life!
