So before I started this challenge, I was approx 76.5 kg, had 25.7 % body fat, and 37.9 % muscle mass,

I am now 80.2 kg, so am .2 over my goal, and have dropped too 22.1 % body fat and gained too 43.7 % muscle mass,

Overall it's an awesome result, and I'm keen to start my next one and get even better results,

The products I used and how often were,

The YORShake which I would mix with The SuperGreens and Fiber in the morning for breakfast,

Then for either lunch or dinner, I would have another YOR Shake,

I would take a BerryBlast before gym in the morning, and at about lunch time,

Probiotics when I woke up with a YOR Repair Ultra,
And another Repair Ultra when going to bed,

Digest once with each shake, and then whether it was lunch or dinner depending on the type of food I would have 2,

Looking at the before and after pics I was surprised at how little difference there is, compared to how much more energy I have and how much stronger overall I've been able to get with my workouts at the gym and normal PT,

My favourite product is definitely the Repair Ultra,
Being able to do a really tough workout and then be fine and in no pain or have any muscle soreness the next day is the best bonus,

So pumped for the next one!!!
