I got into using YOR Health products because of my amazing personal trainer who's used the products and knew they would work for me. I'm a chef by trade so diet and exercise are pretty hard to maintain as my hours are varied and I have no real routine. Using the products is easy for me as they don't interfere with my life, I take a probiotic in the morning when I wake up, I have a smoothie for breakfast made with real fruits, water, super greens, fibre plus and 1 scoop of vanilla meal replacement, I take digest ultra capsules whenever I get a chance to eat a 'proper' meal and make sure I take repair ultra after any strenuous workout so I don't suffer in work haha my goal is more to tone and become lean rather than lose weights but I have lost 3kg during the 8 week challenge which is a mega bonus! I have a lot more energy and I'm more focused on my goals especially after going to a few launch parties around sydney and seeing the positive affect YOR health has on people's lives and how happy everyone is, it's like a pregnancy glow but without a baby byproduct haha! My general work out is a 45min Pilates reformer session, some weights for my back and butt and a 3/4k run 3/4 times a week depending on work, Im partaking in a 12k run in April as well so I'm starting to seriously train for that which means everything else will become secondary to the running aspect. I have every intention of starting a new 8 week challenge asap and continuing on my YOR health journey, there just doesn't seem to be any negativity surrounding these products and they're pretty much a part of my life now.
