Al principio empecé con mucho ímpetu e hice todo al pie de la letra, bajé 1 kilo por semana con todo y que no hice ejercicio, en esas fechas decembrinas se me atravesaron la rosca de reyes, los tamales, las reuniones para comer con amigos y familiares, las vacaciones, hacía mucho frío y bajé la guardia, me confié y caí en los antojos! Lo sorprendente es que aún con todos estos contratiempos logré bajar de peso y confieso que si me hubiera mantenido como el mis primeras 4 semanas hubiera bajado otros 4 kilos o más!
Además los 4 kilos que bajé no los subí y eso ha sido una gran motivación para mí! Qué bueno que inicié mi reto en el mejor momento!!! Sólo de pensar que hubiera subido más de 4 kilos en esta temporada me da pánico! A partir de hoy me propongo iniciar mi nuevo reto de 8 semanas con todo! Lo haré al pie de la letra y empezaré a hacer ejercicio! Me siento muy motivada y estoy segura que ahora si tengo todo lo necesario para decir adiós a todos esos kilos de más definitivamente!!!
