I'm Jordan and this is my first 8 Week Challenge.
I started at 65.2kg and finished at 61.5kg.
I WISH I HAD DONE THIS SOONER!
The challenge meant a lot to me. 2014 I competed in the NABBA Bikini Comp, and fell into a bad case of 'post comp slump'. I moved house, got behind on my studies, changed job and had to work Christmas. My training and motivation lagged- I hit a wall. Time in front of the computer increased as did processed food and inactivity! Major negative impacts on my health, I gained fat and lost conditioning and fitness.
The Challenge gave me a chance to get over that- creating a new goal by reconnecting me with my healthy lifestyle.
I am back to feeling like my true self- getting up every day with energy and drive. You have no idea how good you are meant to feel until you have tried the challenge and experienced what you are capable of when your body gets what it wants and needs!
I only used YOR products along with a healthy diet and exercise- my product picks are:
-Probiotics Ultra each morning
-Super Greens +
-Berry Blast = together with water every morning.
-Essential Vitamins each morning
-Vanilla MRP (2 scoops with water) once a day, sometimes as breakfast or in the afternoon
-Digest Ultra with two biggest meals per day.
-Repair Ultra x2 tablets every night.
In the first half of the challenge I mainly focused on getting back into a routine and eating well, and taking my Yor Health products. This nearly achieved my weigh goal straight away! For the last half of the challenge I started gym 3x week for strength training and jogging.
The best result- apart from the energy, happiness and fat loss- was my skin and the whites of my eyes! My skin cleared up and I actually had people ask me how the whites of my eyes were so white!
Regardless of the results, I am already a winner through my results this challenge!
