I have lost 6.6kg this challenge!!!!! I won my last sculpt challenge and put on weight in that challenge as I built muscle but with this challenge I focused on maintaining muscle mass while stripping fat. My results have been phenomenal! And now all my friends want to try the products and start challenges.
I am actually in prep for a fitness competition so along with my products I am weight training 4x per week while doing HIIT or cardio twice a week and eating very clean with cheat meals on a Sunday. I eat 6-7 times per day and take YOR Health products. The products I take are YOR MRP/ fibre / berry blast all together for pre workout. Then I have one super slim tablet 30-60 mins before 5-6 meals per day (as I don't eat 3 main meals as such). I also have YOR repair before bed and YOR digest with two of my meals each day (the two meals in which everything is cooked and there is nothing raw as I need the enzymes to help me digest those cooked meals).
These challenges have absolutely changed my life and made me more accountable to myself. They are a great tool to get fit and healthy and stay on track! When I'm not on a challenge I find I let myself go and don't take my products the way I'm supposed too. I hadn't been on a challenge since October so it was time to start another one as I began competition preparation!
I have great results on the products whether I eat completely clean or not. But when I eat clean it really ups the anti! The fibre is my absolute favourite product as it keeps my belly flat and my colon clear of waste. A lot of body builders and fitness models can look and feel bloated but I don't because of my fibre!
