Before I started taking yor health products I was taking whey protein, pre work outs such as mesomorphe etc, I wasn't getting nowhere near the results I wanted as I tried so many different avenues and product and diets and it wasn't benefiting my body much at all. It'll either give me a pot belly from the high calorie protein shakes or literally just do nothing. So I wanted more out of my body and decided to give yor health a go. Gee did I make the right decision :). These products have benefited me from day one and I am thankful for the discovery of such an amazing and unique product. It's funny how back to basic fundamental health can change a persons life with getting more out of your body, by looking and feeling better not just from the outside but from the inside too. I started on the sculpt set in January and the 8 week challenge has kept me motivated to keep going. I took the products everyday without changing my eating habits which astounds me of the results I got. I hardly went to the gym during the course of the challenge, I just had soccer training 2 nights a week throughout the challenge it's incredible. Start weight was 74.5kg and finish weight is to date 68.1kg
