This challenge was a lot of fun and definitely got a lot out of it, I was able to decrease body fat, keep my energy levels high the entire time, and increase my strength A LOT, I went from doing 2 muscle ups to doing 6 so I'm extremely happy about that :)
The biggest thing for me at the moment is keeping my energy high while still being able to workout hard and get results, so the products continue to be an absolute game changer to be able to keep the energy up high all day for my business and life, and still be extremely happy with results in the gym to be an example for others.
I take the YOR Supergreens, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Fibre and two YOR Multi Vitamins first thing every morning to start the day off with a massive burst of energy. I then take YOR Digest before each cooked meal to keep my energy up and stop bloating. I then have another YOR Berry Blast before a workout. Then I finish the day with YOR Probiotic, YOR Repair, another two YOR Multi Vitamins and sometimes and extra Supergreens before bed to make sure my body recovers maximally for the next day. I never go a day without them!
My training mainly consisted of a mixture of weights, high intensity interval training and body weight training about 6 days a week for about 60-90 mins each session.
Health always been a big focus and passion of mine ever since losing my mum at a young age. So I wanted to use this challenge as a vehicle to inspire others to make the most out of every day and create healthier lives.
Thanks to the challenge I'm still very focused on my goals and continue to gain new mental and physical strength every day, which transfers into every single part of my life from my relationships to my business and everything in between!
