Before I was introduced to Yorhealth I never believed in taking supplements to help better my internal health, but ever since I can't imagine myself without it. All of the products have become part of my daily routine, from waking up early with Berry blast, to a splash of super greens mid day to feel refreshed and of course satisfying hunger cravings with MRP! Before eating anything I always take my Digest Ultra which help break down my food :-) Prior to working out I fuel my body with Yor Muscle energy for that extra kick to help me finish strong with all of my workouts. Then right before bed on a empty stomach I end the day with a Repair to help recover any sore muscle tissue. During my challenge I actually had gotten sick and lost some weight during that time which pushed me back to my ideal weight goal towards the end of my challenge but internally I can feel the difference in my strength and energy.
