During my 8 week challenge I unfortunately had an accident which involved in my rolling a 4.5 tonne tipper truck. I managed to come away with minor injuries however I was advised not to do any strenuous exercise or weights for 6 weeks :( so I unfortunately didn't get a sculpted as I wanted to be but without any exercise only a few yoga stretches here and there I still managed to loose a couple of kgs. The repair ultra has probably been my best friend for the last 6 weeks, I truly believe that my recover time from the accident has halved and help repair my whip lash.
I was on the sculpt set so I replaced my breakfast with the Vanilla MRP mixed with Supergreens, Berry Blast and I also had some fiber in there also. With lunch and dinner I would take my digest ultra and some times have a vanilla shake for dessert if I felt like it. First thing in the morning I took my probiotic with a glass of water. During the day if I needed a little more energy I would often have a Berry Blast mixed with Supergreens. I didn't change my diet at all as its already reasonably healthy.
I'm so excited to start a new 8 week challenge now that I can get into some exercise. Thank you YOR Health.
