My weight at the start of this challenge was 96 kg and I was very unhappy with how I felt and looked. Now I am just under 90kg and I have more muscle and energy then ever before. This challenge has actually come at a very difficult time for me, busy and stressful time of my life and what has been the best about the YOR health products was how quickly I could bounce back from a bad meal, too much alcohol or a long stressful day. My diet during the 8 weeks was not the best, I battled with illness and also had a lot of trips away as well as birthdays and weddings, which meant my regular eating was very interrupted. Still managing to lose weight in this time has been amazing. The other amazing thing about this has been the amount of energy I have had. It took me 2 weeks to notice that instead of struggling to exercise 3 times a week I had moved up to easily exercising every day and even doing 2-3 workouts some days. My main exercise comes from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, in which my skill level has improved greatly from my increased energy and training amount. I have gone from struggling to finish a complete training session to doing double sessions and looking at competing next month! I can't wait to reach my goal physique and goal weight.
