I am a mother of four (2 yrs, 6 yrs, 11 yrs and 16 yrs) and I work as a teacher full-time. For years I have been an avid coffee drinker to keep me fresh and wide-eyed in the morning. Up until I started the 8 Yor Health 8 Week Challenge I would start my day with a cup of coffee in the morning and drink it while I rushed around and got everything ready for the school day, kids lunches, stuff for afterschool activities etc. the list was endless. After getting four children off to their varying places I would head to school by 8 am and get straight into lesson preparation. By morning tea I would go straight to the staffroom for Yes another coffee and a bikkie. Lunchtime would soon be upon me but I usually had too much on so I would work right through lunch because I knew I had afterschool activities to get to and I would run out of time to do anything after school with meetings and Professional Development courses. There was also duty two times a week. Lunch, if I had remembered to make something would usually be a quick sandwich or sometimes I would just skip it all together and wait till I got home. By 3'oclock I would be starving and by the time I got home I would eat anything in sight, chocolate biscuits, chips, 6 pieces of toast, pretty much whatever I could lay my hands on. Then because of my stressful day I would start to cook dinner with a glass of wine to help me wind down from all my coffee drinking. I would usually be full from my after school snack so I would end up eating my dinner at about 9 pm then go to bed on a full stomach. My moods would vary accordingly and often my kids would get the bad part as I crashed from my yo yo eating.

My husband on the other hand had just finished his 8 Week Challenge with Yor Health and was looking fantastic and feeling the same way. To be honest I felt a bit jealous because here I was feeling like crap and he had all the energy in the world.

So I decided to get on the Challenge. Who knew how much it would change the way I felt and the energy I was about to gain. As soon as my products arrived I started. I replaced coffee with the Yor Health Berry Blast and would have one at 5 am in the morning. Yes you read right, 5 am!!! And no more coffee. I have never been a morning person but for me to be able to start exercising without cutting into my already busy schedule I needed to find more time in the day and it just meant getting up early so I could got to the gym. 5 days a week I would do this. I did try not having the Berry Blast for a couple of days to see the effect it had, and oh my gosh. Those days training dragged on so I went straight back to having my 1 a day blast. I joined a gym and my husband taught me what to do with the weights. You see I have only ever done the cardio because I thought that was what you did to stay toned and burn the baby weight off. I now love the weights and Berry Blast gives me the energy I need to complete my training

The next thing that needed to change was the skipping of meals. I got organised but it was easy with the Yor Health Shakes. As soon as I came home from the gym I would have the Yor Health Protein Shake and some cereal. This would last me until morning tea. No more coffee and biscuits as I already had my MRP Shake ready in the fridge at work. Because my body was getting used to having something in my tummy I knew I had to be prepared for lunch otherwise I would be hungry. But I had so much more energy in the mornings and I felt I had more time. Also making lunch for me was more of a priority. I would then have another MRP ready for 3 o'clock which meant that I had the energy to get through meetings and after school activities without crashing. In about the third week I started putting Yor Fibre in with my shake which helped with my digestion and keeping me regular. By dinner time I was not really that hungry so I would have a small dinner before 7 pm and was no longer looking for my chocolate or alcohol fix in the evening.

My whole way of eating has changed and I feel amazing. I am continuing to use the products because why wouldn't I. A lot of my friends are starting to buy products too because they can see the change in me. It is like a ripple effect and I am not even saying anything. People come and talk to me. I do still get tired but that comes with the varying roles I have. However, now I have the fuel to get me through the day and night and I have way more energy left to give to my family and not just waste it all at school. Everyone is a lot happier too because...

Happy Wife Happy Life!!!!

Cheers to Yor Health and Mine :)
