My 8 Week Challenge
I came into the challenge at 92kgs and still very much in "festive mode" when it came to diet which is usually a hard thing for me to break.
What i have always loved about the YOR Products is the balance they have brought in to my life, still being allowed to enjoy some of the finer things in life while maintaining my ideal body.
I used the whole range of products but.....
In this particular challenged I would say the YOR Shake was massive helping being my "sweet fix" instead of reaching for a sugar based option as well replacing 1 meal a day keeping me nourished.
The YOR Super Greens & Berry Blast Combo was also very beneficial giving me the right kickstart to every day as well as the correct use of YOR Super Slim which helped with the burning of the extra Christmas Kilos.
I'm proud to say that with a regular gym schedule of 5 days a week, a diet that consisted of 75% healthy and 25% indulgence that I finished on my goal weight of 85.6kgs.
This was a big milestone for me being the first challenge I actually committed to all the way and completed after multiple unfinished attempts.
I wanted to turn over a new leaf in the new year and prove to myself I actually have what it takes finish a challenge and I was able to do so on my terms thanks to the YOR Product Line.
