Hi there YORhealth challengers the last 8 weeks have been a fantastic way to start of the year. After the massive amounts of food over the festive season i did become out of shape and due to injury was unable to train to a maximum potential. a few friends and myself decided its time and take part in a challenge. I use all the products religiously every single day without a miss and i think that's the secret to feeling and looking great is consistency. upon waking after a 20 minute walk (most days) i would have my breakfast and with that my essential vitamins digest ultra probiotics and a berry blast to wash them down. then for a mid morning snack i would have a deluxe smoothie with all the products with MRP, fiber, super greens and add in some bananas and some berries. throughout the day with all larger meals i wouldn't miss a digest ultra to help with the food breakdown. before training i would have another berry blast then when finishing i would have a repair ultra then within an hour before bed if i ate a little unwell that day have another super greens to help me sleep and of course another repair ultra.
with exercise with a busy schedule i trained most weeks a maximum of 5 days a week some weeks more some weeks less and most mornings i start my day with a light walk to get ready for what they day is going to throw at me.
