The focus of this challenge for me was to strengthen my muscles and tone my body.
I worked out 4 days a week and incorporated a lot more cardio than I have done in previous challenges.
The YOR Health product line kept me at optimum health throughout the challenge and ensured I recovered from workouts quickly.
In the morning, I had my Superblast consisting of Supergreens, Fibre, Vanilla MRP and Berry Blast.
I took YOR digest with cooked meals, along with the essential vitamins. Before going to bed, I took probiotics and repair ultra. I noticed I woke feeling better rested after taking these products than I did the nights I would forget to take them.
Overall I am happy with my results and will continue to enter 8 Week Challenges as it gives me a way to stay accountable and track my progress across the 8 weeks. Thanks YOR Health!
