First 8 week challenge accomplished! Prior to starting the challenge and using the products, I was 107kgs, I worked very long hours a week as a furniture remover, I ate fast food on a daily basis, I chain-smoked 30-40 cigarettes a day, drank alcohol on a daily basis and had no time or energy to go to a gym. I was unhappy with how I looked, avoided going to beaches during the summer time as I was very embarrassed to take my top off and I was always feeling exhausted coming home after a long day lifting furniture. I was tired of looking at the out-of-shape drunk in the mirror so at the start of 2015 I made a commitment to myself that I was going to get up and do something about it.8 weeks later, I'm choosing healthier food options, given up the alcohol, broken free of the smokers trap, lost 9cm of the bourbon gut, put on lean muscle and due to the YOR Health products I have the energy to be able to go to the gym after a full day of lifting furniture! My younger brother and I trained together for the 8 week challenge doing weight training 5 times a week and running 2 to 3 times a week. We ran a local 5km run every sat morning at 8am and I pulled a calve muscle 3 weeks into my challenge. I wasn't going to let anything stand in my way of completing my challenge so I ditched the steel caps and invested in a pair of running shoes. (Hadn't owned a pair of runner's in 7years) I eventually got my calve back on track thanks to the repair ultra's and to this day my time for completing a 5km run stands at 23:05sec's. (At the start of the year my time was 28:51sec's) I didn't really have a set diet plan nor did I do a single sit up during my challenge but I avoided the junk food and used all the products consistently running out of MRP and berry blast and grabbing my younger brother's stash to keep me going haha. Reflecting on my journey so far I'm even amazed at how fast I got results as I had tried many different supplement's in the past but never had results like this. I truly believe YOR Health have the best products to suit my goals of achieving a V-shaped beach body and I'm so pumped and excited to be sharing my photo's and story as a testament that regardless of where you are in life, we all have the power to change it.
