This was my first 8 week challenge and I can honestly say i am stoked with the results I have achieved from taking these products.They worked in great with my diet and even helped me reduce my food bill which was fantastic for the wallet.
Thanks to the YOR Health product line and the 8-week challenge I was able to increase my energy levels and greatly improve my fitness!
I have never had this much definition in my life and have also never felt so GOOD!
With my always on the move lifestyle, instead of snacking on unhealthy foods that are hard to digest, I was able to replace 2 my meals a day. I noticed I had more energy, never felt bloated and started to lose weight, as I wasn't consuming as many calories. The YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Fiber, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins all gave my body the nutrition it was lacking from my diet, I noticed because of the aiding in digestion I also started to tone around my midsection to a level I have never seen before. If it wasn't for the repair I would have never been able to recover from my short but intense training sessions, this no doubt helped me progress further in my training also.
The first four weeks I focused more on cardio as i was preparing for a fitness assessment then the second four weeks I hit the weights in the gym, loved the recovery that the products provided me.
I had YOR SuperGreens mixed with YOR Berry Blast and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, a probiotic and repair ultra once in the morning . I had my YOR Digest Ultra with my 2 solid meals a day along with 2 multivitamin to go with it.
I had YOR Shake after my workout and for a meal replace in the morning.
This allowed me to get up to 84kg with more muscle and leaner then ever in my life!
I worked out 4 to 5 times a week but instead of training 90 minutes like I would like, due to my schedule I could usually only fit in 45-60 mins but with the support of the products I was able to up my intensity throughout my workout as a result!
I also got my partner, friends and family in the challenge, this meant we all kept each other motivated, with more people all supporting each other you are so much more likely to reach your goals!
