This is my second YOR health 8 week challenge. (Although I missed the deadline for pic submission last time I had amazing results)
I decided to do another in conjunction with prepping for my first figure (bodybuilding) competition.
My absolute fave YOR product is the super greens. I have always taken a greens product but find this one to be on a level all of its own in terms of quality, taste and just how damn good it makes you feel. It's the one thing you can guarantee I will take every single day without missing a beat. The single serve sachets can be found in my gym bag, my car, on my desk ..... Everywhere !!!
During prep I have been training 6-7 times a week in the gym and the muscle repair has been invaluable to me. I don't think I could have ever been able to maintain the high level of intensity training for as long as I have without it. My muscles are always recovered in time for their next big workout.
And lastly the probiotic and digest. My stomach saviours. I used to suffer from digestive issues on a regular basis which caused pain and discomfort. But since introducing these into my daily routine I have had absolutely zero of the symptoms and pain I used to experience.
Oh and how can I forget my Berry Blast. I am a non coffee drinker so like everyone I need a 3pm pick me up from time to time and this is when I grab my berry blast. So yummy , and so low in calories !!
