I was in a position where i was hyper focus on work and neglected my health. i went to gym once or twice a week, lacked in motivation, ate out 2-4 times per week and this started to become my habit and over a period of time i watch my weight climb and my body storing more fat.
This made me feel tried and anger that i got into these bad habits.
So i decided to do another 8 week challenge, I need to a drive and motivation and i knew that the 8 week challenge could give me that.
I enered the challenge and began to go to gym 4-5 times a week, wake up at 5:30am, felt more energy, i started to lose the body fast and become more stronger.
I use the yor heatlh products everyday and stuck to a set structure.
It started to work along side the excercise program i was doing. But the best part is i formed new habits and with the motivation from the 8 week challenge and the yor health products i manage to lose 4kgs in 8 week and drop body fat.
