I joined the challenge with some good friends and for me I achieve some pretty good results just by adding the YOR Health system to my busy little world :)

On average this is how my day would go:
Get out of bed somewhere around 5am take 2 Repair Ultra, mix up some Berry Blast & SuperGreens to have before going to the gym or taking my dog out for a run. The next part was where previously I would have struggled to prepare a good breakfast before heading to work - Now I take 3 scoops of the MRP and a scoop (or two) of the Fibre and I'm on my way in no time :) Before lunch I'd take 2 Ultra Slim and then with lunch would be a Digest Ultra with 2 Essential Vitamins. In the afternoons, instead of reaching for a sugar loaded snack I'd have another mix of Berry Blast & SuperGreens. Most evening's I'm out doing something from Dog Agility training to Floorball training to managing a Field Hockey Club - So I need to be switched on. For dinner I got through that same routine as lunch. Lastly be for i get into bed at the end of the day I take 2 Repair Ultra and a Probiotic Ultra.

As a result of taking the challenge I have managed to shed 1.2kg of body fat, put on 0.3kg of muscle and now have a whole lot more energy to get through the day :)
