Hello to the most amazing group of people in the world. My YOR health family.

Before reading this, just know that I love a lot of food (pizza and sweets most of the time)

Joining the challenge has been an amazing experience, I teamed up with my mates, had a lot of fun because that's what it is all about.

I was 92kgs before entering and got to 94kgs, I feel incredible on the products, I used the greens, fibre and berry blast in the morning, 2 or 3 meal replacement proteins throughout my day. My super slim, digestive enzymes and essential vitamins with every meal followed by my probiotics before bed.

Teaming up with my friends and always encouraging each other to eat the cake so we can get ahead on them haha.

I feel healthy happy and terrific thanks to the YOR health product line and I done this challenge for the sexy after photo ;)
