Started this challenge more to change my lifestyle and to create better habits , plus also wanting to get a little fitter in the process ! Which I can say defiantly happened ! I used all of the products except for the slim shake ! I thought they worked really well and aided me a lot in my progress !
Starting weight was 85.5 kg , and I finished on 81.2 which was a little more than I thought I'd achieve , plus losing 6 to 7 percent body fat !
I didn't train any differently to what I was doing before buts it's amazing how much a better diet and great supplements help u achieve ur goals in such a short time !
Going to continue what I have learnt from these 8 weeks and hopefully continue it for a very long time in the future ! Thanks to Chris cmrlec for introducing me to the yor health products and helping me with my diet and my 8 week challenge .

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
