This was my second 8 week challenge and this one was serious.

Before the rugby league season started i wanted to gain more weight and muscle, I started my day with a chocolate and vanilla MRP with a fresh banana and probiotics with digest ultra before a 2 kilometer run, after work I would have my supergreens and fiber with lunch I would also have a digest ultra. Before a work out I would mix a berry blast for energy and do a 2 hour workout and finish off with a repair ultra and a chocolate MRP (YUM). After a big dinner I would have a Digest Ultra and supergreens before a night walk.

Doing this routine for 8 weeks I thought it would be hard but what I found was it was fairly easy thanks to the products from YOR Health, I found my energy levels had risen dramatically and the compliments also started rolling in.

Now because of the YOR Health products and the businees my life is so much better, I have quit smoking and have started eating regular meals.

My children are happier now that I have the energy to play with them, my family are happier now they know my body and health are reaching it's full potential.

P.S, I didn't know how important the greens are during my first challenge and now I know, SUPERGREENS ARE THE KEY
