Over the last 4 years i have been training consistently every day, I've lost a lot of weight and gained alot of muscle, but as of last year i joined a cruise ship as a Fitness instructor, free food and poor quality training (still consistent with twice a day, cardio and weighs) i gained a bit of body fat.
