I have definitely reached my goal of flattening out my stomach. I have always been extremely conscious of my stomach and am very happy with my end results. Although I was not always consistent with taking the products, they still definitely helped me with reaching my goals. Products I found very useful were the chocolate MRP as it helped me to have a healthier diet. Whenever I craved for chocolate or something sweet, I would have a chocolate MRP shake which would satisfy my cravings without packing on the calories. Therefore, I had no guilty feelings after the yummy shakes :) Another product I found that helped me to achieve my results was the berry blast. Sometimes after work I would feel too exhausted to go and exercise but the berry blast always gave me that extra boost of energy to go for a walk or run.
Exercising was always tough for me, especially the running! It was hard to motivate myself to get out of the house and feel the pain of not being able to breathe after 2 minutes of running. But having a group of people to go out and exercise with actually made it fun and something I started to look forward to. I also loved having the chance to challenge myself and try to beat my personal best time at the Christchurch Parkrun every Saturday morning. This year I have done 14 5km parkruns. My very first run took me 29:04 mins and I have now cut that down to 25:29 mins. I definitely would not have had the courage and motivation to keep pushing myself this far without my yor health team.
