I’ve always seen amazing results from my friends with the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge. I started using the full range of supplements over a year ago and haven’t missed a day since. Since then I’ve felt my energy increase and in my first 2 weeks I lost 8kg of body fat. I haven’t ever completed my 8 week challenge so this is my first.
Leading up to Christmas I was sitting around the 90kg and was really struggling with energy due to bad eating and no exercise. I lost quite a bit of muscle while gaining a higher body fat percentage. I decided it was time to get back into shape and get my health back on track. I usually sit around the 93 to 95kg but I wanted to cut right back to 85kg with this challenge.
I knew I had to make some few minor changes to my diet but I do already eat very healthy. I started eating more complex carbs and higher protein. I eliminated all sugar from my diet and with the assistance of the products I’ve never felt better. I’ve also never trained this hard but using the Repair Ultras I was able to complete stair climbing and a weight session everyday. I also found using the Supergreens straight after workout helped so much with recovery I now alkalized straight away after workout even before even thinking about protein.
Here is an exact breakdown of my YOR Health daily ritual.
In the morning when I wake up:
1 YOR Probiotics Ultra

2 YOR Essential Vitamins
Then mix together:
2 scoops of YOR Shake Vanilla or Chocolate
1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens
1 serving of YOR Berry Blast
1 Scoop of YOR Fiber
For inbetween meals I would take:

After workout

I’m really happy with the results but feeling even more amazing about the way my body is feeling. I’ve now found a balance where my body is running at optimum level. I will now be taking two weeks off then jumping right into another 8 week challenge where I’ll go from just cutting to putting on 5kg of lean muscle to bring me back up to 90kg. Very excited moving into the next challenge. :)
