I decided to do my 8 week challenge knowing that there would be a few obstacles such as Christmas, New Year and an overseas holiday.

I took my products overseas with me and tried to incorporate them into my day where I could.

I weighed 54.8kg at the beginning of my challenge and finished my challenge at 54.1kg. Although I didn't lose much weight, I feel stronger, healthier and more toned. I am starting to see and feel muscles that I've never had before ??

This is usually how I take my products:

Wake up:

1 x probiotic
1 x muscle repair
Drink- 1 scoop of supergreens, berry blast & fibre

Breakfast:

Shake- 2 scoops of Choc MRP, 1 scoop of vanilla MRP, 1 scoop of fibre & supergreens

Lunch:

Varies (take 1 x digest ultra)

Dinner:

Varies (take 1 x digest ultra)

Before bed:

1 x probiotic
1 x muscle repair

My exercise regime varies from walking, bootcamp, GRIT, pump, cardio and free weights sessions. I usually exercise 4-5 times a week.

My goal is to get more fit, toned and train for tough mudder!!!
