To say my life has transformed doing this challenge would be a gross understatement! These last 8 weeks have been an absolute roller coaster ride that has left me a brand new person.
I tested my limits physically, mentally and emotionally throughout the 8 weeks and there is no doubt in my mind that I could not have achieved what I have without the support that these products give me.
For me it's not just about the physical changes or how my fitness and strength have improved. It's about the mental clarity and laser focus I now possess. I have utter determination and discipline in every task I set myself.
On top of that I now sleep like a baby. From a former insomniac who would sometimes go days without sleeping, this is a HUGE achievement. I have ridiculous energy from when I wake until my head hits the pillow and I feel like a teenager again haha.
