Hola comunidad de YOR Health! Yo entre con el paquete Adelgaza y hoy estoy 5 kilos mas saludable y mas feliz!
Mi régimen fue el siguiente:
1 Probiotico al despertar
Tomar la malteada en la mañana y en la noche.
Un Berry Blast a medio día
Y mis enzimas digestivas a la hora de comer, no hice una dieta como tal, era mas bien comer lo que había para todos, ya que no tengo tiempo de preparar una comida especial.
No hice ejercicio por que el trabajo no me lo permitía, por lo cual YOR fue de gran ayuda ya que es muy practico y me mantenía nutrido.
