Hey there!
I am 23 and suffer with a chronic illness called Endometriosis.
I have good days and bad. I can be crippled over in pain at home stuck in bed for days on end. This can all happen with a matter of hours.
I decided to start using YOR health to get my digestive track working again as taking so many pain meds it had completely ruined it.
So during my 8 week challenge I was taking the super greens once a day and a berry blast to help get my digestive tract going again. Also the probiotic and digestive tablet.
I would totally notice a difference in my stomach size of I didn't take it.
I upped the anti on my training to 3 fasted cardio sessions a week. 2 dance classes and 3 home work outs.
I finally had more energy for a change and could actually do all this work!
I haven't been sick like I used to be and that is a blessing in itself.
Am finally 30 kilos down from when i first started my weight loss journey and couldn't be more proud! Big thanks to my leader Jarna Winter. That girl will move mountains!
